Client Objectives:

To change the style from Arabic to modern minimalistic with clean square lines, and to enlarge the small windows across the rear of the villa to allow better views and access to their beach. They wanted some internal structural changes such as extending the dining room and enclosing the external balconies. For the exterior, they wanted an enlargement of the pool and add an entertainment deck and landscape the garden.

Innov8 Concept:

To achieve the modern minimalistic style, we refinished the wardrobes and bathrooms, changed the balustrades from iron to glass, some floor finishes were changed to create a feature white marble and parquet floor, and we squared the Arab style arches throughout. The entire rear façade of the villa was demolished and rebuilt increasing the entertaining areas and squaring the floor to ceiling beachfront windows, maximizing outlook and filling the villa with sunlight.
